MobiMatters came highly recommended in family-oriented travel groups on social networks, when I was researching on travel eSIMs for Iceland. The first package I started with was a US + Europe - it was easy to activate before leaving home (and verifying), and then continue on landing in Reykjavik. Unthinkable speeds (given we are used to Verizon and TMobile in the US) - over 400 Mbps on the Fast app! Unlimited tethering options allowed me to use across my MacBook and phone, as well as share across the family with the kids on iPads and phones. Navigation on Google and Waze was aa breeze with the constant high speed data connectivity. Our plans did not support phones (we knew this) but with WhatsApp and FaceTime allowing audio and video calls we never felt the need for basic phone service. Customer service on email was responsive and helpful when I wanted to understand how top-ups work. Highly recommend MobiMatters - I’m on my third top-up as we speak!

I have been using it for about 2 years and I am very satisfied. I used it in Greece, Bulgaria, and Romania, and I experienced internet speeds that I haven't seen in Turkey.

I recently used their service and I’m extremely satisfied. The package lasted longer than expected, and I was able to make great use of it across the Asian region. They also have the fastest support team — very responsive and incredibly detailed in the information they provide.

I highly recommend using MobiMatter’s eSIM! I had some problems activating it and couldn’t figure it out on my own, but the MobiMatter team helped me very quickly and explained everything clearly and in detail. Thanks a lot to their support, I was able to activate it and get connected. Great customer service! 😊
