I had an issue with my eSIM and the customer service team was amazing. Super responsive, patient and were able to resolve my issue. I was worried when my eSIM wasn’t working I would get ghosted, but within a few hours I was emailing back and forth with their support team.

Used this app for mobile data while in Malaysia for a few days last week. I rate it 10/10 for ease of use, affordability and for effectiveness too. After 5 days of regular usage, I still have 8GB left out of 10GB

"Before every trip, my internet solution is definitely Mobimatter. It has never let me down. I once found myself without internet in the middle of a trip with another brand. Now, I don't take any chances; I stick to what I know."

Amazing service! I’ve used Mobimatter many times and I’m always impressed by how fast and helpful their support team is. They assisted me quickly whenever I had a question, and everything was resolved smoothly. The eSIMs are reliable, easy to install, and work exactly as expected. I keep coming back because the service is consistently excellent.
