I had an issue with my eSIM and the customer service team was amazing. Super responsive, patient and were able to resolve my issue. I was worried when my eSIM wasn’t working I would get ghosted, but within a few hours I was emailing back and forth with their support team.

I'am very pleased. They are so helpfull. I've been using them for 5 years; their prices are reasonable and they offer a wide variety of options. They provide quick assistance via email if there's a problem. They ask for screenshots, and even if I send them in a different language, they provide support quickly. Thank you! 🥰

After 2–3 years of using the service, I encountered a problem for the first time. I can only praise the excellent technical support, which responded very quickly and with whom I exchanged several emails until the final resolution. Professionalism at its best!
