Good connection in multiple countries I've visited. Helpful support team responding to problems and solving them in just a few minutes. Best ratio of price to size of data packages I've managed to find online

After 2–3 years of using the service, I encountered a problem for the first time. I can only praise the excellent technical support, which responded very quickly and with whom I exchanged several emails until the final resolution. Professionalism at its best!

I was worried that because I deleted my e sim before using it, I was gonna have to buy another one. They answered in email super fast, gave me a new one, and it's been working great. Best customer service ever. Will be buying monthly while I'm overseas!
