I bought the eSIM for a holiday in Tibet. Everything was great; with the integrated VPN I was able to access all the sites that are normally blocked in China (Google, WhatsApp, etc.).

Excellent service and amazing customer support! I’m really impressed with how helpful, responsive, and professional the support team is. They answered all my questions clearly and patiently, and I always received a quick response whenever I needed assistance. It’s rare to find such reliable and caring customer service. I feel much more confident using the service knowing that help is available whenever I need it. Highly recommended! 😊

I used it for the first time with my wife during our trip to Japan and Korea, and I didn't experience any connection problems. The internet was fast enough in both Japan and Korea, and I was satisfied with the app. I recommend it.

I had an issue with my eSIM and the customer service team was amazing. Super responsive, patient and were able to resolve my issue. I was worried when my eSIM wasn’t working I would get ghosted, but within a few hours I was emailing back and forth with their support team.
