Purchased eSIM in Australia and set it up in Azerbaijan. Having never used an eSIM before, I had a few ‘user issues’. These were sorted out very quickly via email and me sending a screen shot of my ‘attempted’ setup. Technician got back to me in very short order with some simple instructions and now all good. Great efficient service.

Amazing service! I’ve used Mobimatter many times and I’m always impressed by how fast and helpful their support team is. They assisted me quickly whenever I had a question, and everything was resolved smoothly. The eSIMs are reliable, easy to install, and work exactly as expected. I keep coming back because the service is consistently excellent.

"Having 365-day packages is very good for me, I am a cabin crew member and I use it without any problems wherever I go. Sometimes it even works in places that are not on the list. I am very satisfied and will renew my package when it expires."

"This is the second time I've purchased an e-sim through this app. I was very satisfied the first time, so I continued using it. This time, I encountered a problem on my end and had trouble connecting. I submitted a support request by uploading my screenshots through the app. I received an email within seconds. We were able to resolve my issue very quickly. I sent screenshots via email one after another, and each time I received prompt responses within a few minutes. I was very pleased with the support lines. I recommend it!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
