I had an issue with the eSIM setup and the MobiMatter support team offered prompt and straight forward assistance! This is the 2nd time they helped me out and both times they sorted the issue out fast! Highly recommend!

I bought the eSIM for a holiday in Tibet. Everything was great; with the integrated VPN I was able to access all the sites that are normally blocked in China (Google, WhatsApp, etc.).
