I had a problem because I accidentally activated the wrong eSIM and couldn’t understand why my data wasn’t working. I contacted support, and they figured out the issue right away. They explained everything clearly and stayed helpful throughout the whole process. Their customer support is honestly 10/10—fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Everything worked perfectly once I activated the correct eSIM. Highly recommend both the service and the support team. Thank you!

Amazing service! I’ve used Mobimatter many times and I’m always impressed by how fast and helpful their support team is. They assisted me quickly whenever I had a question, and everything was resolved smoothly. The eSIMs are reliable, easy to install, and work exactly as expected. I keep coming back because the service is consistently excellent.

"A very good platform for purchasing equipment. It's very easy to use. The interface is quite user-friendly. I never experienced any service issues. I went underwater in Thassos, it's hard to believe, but even there it worked perfectly."
