MobiMatters came highly recommended in family-oriented travel groups on social networks, when I was researching on travel eSIMs for Iceland. The first package I started with was a US + Europe - it was easy to activate before leaving home (and verifying), and then continue on landing in Reykjavik. Unthinkable speeds (given we are used to Verizon and TMobile in the US) - over 400 Mbps on the Fast app! Unlimited tethering options allowed me to use across my MacBook and phone, as well as share across the family with the kids on iPads and phones. Navigation on Google and Waze was aa breeze with the constant high speed data connectivity. Our plans did not support phones (we knew this) but with WhatsApp and FaceTime allowing audio and video calls we never felt the need for basic phone service. Customer service on email was responsive and helpful when I wanted to understand how top-ups work. Highly recommend MobiMatters - I’m on my third top-up as we speak!

I love using it. The internet is a lifesaver for all of us everywhere, but it's especially necessary abroad, and having a reliable connection is fantastic. Even during my overseas vacations when I changed countries, I never experienced any internet disconnections or delays; the connection was excellent.

I used MobiMatter with a Sparks plan for Albania and Montenegro, and everything worked perfectly for me. I had excellent reception almost the entire time, and mostly even 5G. I can definitely recommend this offer for these two countries!

"I think this is the fourth time I'm using it abroad. There was only one issue, but the support was very quick. It feels like they are waiting at the screen for fast help. The problem was identified in seconds and a new QR code was sent. Thank you very much."

I bought the service for the second time for a trip to Turkey. I had some trouble finding the right settings on my iphone. Support helped out immediately and everything was working well when I arrived in Turkey.

The help desk / support centre were excellent when my inexperience with esims was showing. They helped me through everything and the esim worked exceptionally well in my destinations. Great value too.

I bought two esims for two different countries because mobimatter has affordable prices. I had an issue connecting the second esim. The helpdesk responded fast. It turns out I was using the first eSIM instead of the second. Thanks for good data in both countries and for responding fast!
