After 2–3 years of using the service, I encountered a problem for the first time. I can only praise the excellent technical support, which responded very quickly and with whom I exchanged several emails until the final resolution. Professionalism at its best!

Purchased eSIM in Australia and set it up in Azerbaijan. Having never used an eSIM before, I had a few ‘user issues’. These were sorted out very quickly via email and me sending a screen shot of my ‘attempted’ setup. Technician got back to me in very short order with some simple instructions and now all good. Great efficient service.

Excellent and very responsive customer support! They helped me step-by-step to resolve my eSIM activation and APN configuration issues. The data speed and coverage in Oman are great. Highly recommended

I loved it! I can have data wherever I go, they have many options, the data lasts a long time and is very affordable. I used the 3GB option for Europe and I've already had data for 15 days for €5. Honestly, if you manage it well and use it only when you don't have Wi-Fi, it can easily last you thirty days. I still have 1.6 GB left (half) and I have 10 days left on the plan. Highly recommended app for eSIM 💪

nice app. I used it during my travel in Spain last year and the internet speed was always good. I didn't have any issues. I now bought a package that covers both Portugal and Spain, as I am going there tomorrow.

This was my first e-SIM experience, and believe me, the signal is much better than the lines in Turkey. I traveled to four different cities in Indonesia and got 5G in all of them. 5 GB of internet lasted me three weeks. Thank you.
