Purchased eSIM in Australia and set it up in Azerbaijan. Having never used an eSIM before, I had a few ‘user issues’. These were sorted out very quickly via email and me sending a screen shot of my ‘attempted’ setup. Technician got back to me in very short order with some simple instructions and now all good.
