The team was responsive, helpful, and guided me through the issue until everything was working perfectly. I have purchased several eSIMs through MobiMatter before, and my experience has always been excellent. Very satisfied with both the service and the reliability of the product. Highly recommended!

very convenient app to buy an eSim for travelling, you can choose the countries you need and have it in one pack, you can filter the options by the GB space and sort it by price, so it takes less time then just manually comparing different eSim apps. Local 5G internet works well

For our trip to China, South Korea, and Japan, my wife and I bought two 12GB data packages and used them without any problems. Their prices are much more reasonable compared to competitors; I definitely recommend them.

I bought two esims for two different countries because mobimatter has affordable prices. I had an issue connecting the second esim. The helpdesk responded fast. It turns out I was using the first eSIM instead of the second. Thanks for good data in both countries and for responding fast!

"I think this is the fourth time I'm using it abroad. There was only one issue, but the support was very quick. It feels like they are waiting at the screen for fast help. The problem was identified in seconds and a new QR code was sent. Thank you very much."
