It is really good app. You can reach internet in everywhere wherever you want. Also the most important thing is the support team. I just write them on email and they helped me immediately. The best esim app in the world.

I tested the speed. It connected even faster than the internet I use at home in Turkey. There's no need to unnecessarily enrich service providers. You can use it abroad with peace of mind.

MobiMatters came highly recommended in family-oriented travel groups on social networks, when I was researching on travel eSIMs for Iceland. The first package I started with was a US + Europe - it was easy to activate before leaving home (and verifying), and then continue on landing in Reykjavik. Unthinkable speeds (given we are used to Verizon and TMobile in the US) - over 400 Mbps on the Fast app! Unlimited tethering options allowed me to use across my MacBook and phone, as well as share across the family with the kids on iPads and phones. Navigation on Google and Waze was aa breeze with the constant high speed data connectivity. Our plans did not support phones (we knew this) but with WhatsApp and FaceTime allowing audio and video calls we never felt the need for basic phone service. Customer service on email was responsive and helpful when I wanted to understand how top-ups work. Highly recommend MobiMatters - I’m on my third top-up as we speak!

I would definitely recommend this service because it offers the most affordable prices, has a seamless connection, and a support team that provides immediate assistance with even the smallest issues. I continue to use it with pleasure.

I had an issue with my eSIM and the customer service team was amazing. Super responsive, patient and were able to resolve my issue. I was worried when my eSIM wasn’t working I would get ghosted, but within a few hours I was emailing back and forth with their support team.

I needed an eSIM for EU and non-EU counties for the same trip. They had one package at a great price that worked great in all location. The app was great as I was able to check my data balance, in real time, quickly and easily during my trip. Would definitely use MobiMatters again. Downloading the eSIM was quick and easy too. In addition, when I reached out to Customer Support on a minor account issue, they were very responsive and addressed my issue quickly and effectively.

I bought the eSIM for a holiday in Tibet. Everything was great; with the integrated VPN I was able to access all the sites that are normally blocked in China (Google, WhatsApp, etc.).

Purchased eSIM in Australia and set it up in Azerbaijan. Having never used an eSIM before, I had a few ‘user issues’. These were sorted out very quickly via email and me sending a screen shot of my ‘attempted’ setup. Technician got back to me in very short order with some simple instructions and now all good. Great efficient service.
