"Before every trip, my internet solution is definitely Mobimatter. It has never let me down. I once found myself without internet in the middle of a trip with another brand. Now, I don't take any chances; I stick to what I know."

I’ve been travelling around SE Asia for the last 7 months, covering 6 different countries, and this app has been amazing throughout when needing to change eSIM. Very easy set-up when buying one and if you in fact are having some troubles, contacting the support team and talking through email takes no time at all. I was having some difficulty with an eSIM in Vietnam since my phone was not finding a signal no matter what I did - their support team helped me and guided me on different ways to fix it. Thank you!!

MobiMatters came highly recommended in family-oriented travel groups on social networks, when I was researching on travel eSIMs for Iceland. The first package I started with was a US + Europe - it was easy to activate before leaving home (and verifying), and then continue on landing in Reykjavik. Unthinkable speeds (given we are used to Verizon and TMobile in the US) - over 400 Mbps on the Fast app! Unlimited tethering options allowed me to use across my MacBook and phone, as well as share across the family with the kids on iPads and phones. Navigation on Google and Waze was aa breeze with the constant high speed data connectivity. Our plans did not support phones (we knew this) but with WhatsApp and FaceTime allowing audio and video calls we never felt the need for basic phone service. Customer service on email was responsive and helpful when I wanted to understand how top-ups work. Highly recommend MobiMatters - I’m on my third top-up as we speak!

Good connection in multiple countries I've visited. Helpful support team responding to problems and solving them in just a few minutes. Best ratio of price to size of data packages I've managed to find online

I'am very pleased. They are so helpfull. I've been using them for 5 years; their prices are reasonable and they offer a wide variety of options. They provide quick assistance via email if there's a problem. They ask for screenshots, and even if I send them in a different language, they provide support quickly. Thank you! 🥰

I had a problem because I accidentally activated the wrong eSIM and couldn’t understand why my data wasn’t working. I contacted support, and they figured out the issue right away. They explained everything clearly and stayed helpful throughout the whole process. Their customer support is honestly 10/10—fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Everything worked perfectly once I activated the correct eSIM. Highly recommend both the service and the support team. Thank you!
