I needed an eSIM for EU and non-EU counties for the same trip. They had one package at a great price that worked great in all location. The app was great as I was able to check my data balance, in real time, quickly and easily during my trip. Would definitely use MobiMatters again. Downloading the eSIM was quick and easy too. In addition, when I reached out to Customer Support on a minor account issue, they were very responsive and addressed my issue quickly and effectively.

Purchased eSIM in Australia and set it up in Azerbaijan. Having never used an eSIM before, I had a few ‘user issues’. These were sorted out very quickly via email and me sending a screen shot of my ‘attempted’ setup. Technician got back to me in very short order with some simple instructions and now all good. Great efficient service.
