"Before every trip, my internet solution is definitely Mobimatter. It has never let me down. I once found myself without internet in the middle of a trip with another brand. Now, I don't take any chances; I stick to what I know."

I had an issue with the eSIM setup and the MobiMatter support team offered prompt and straight forward assistance! This is the 2nd time they helped me out and both times they sorted the issue out fast! Highly recommend!

The team was responsive, helpful, and guided me through the issue until everything was working perfectly. I have purchased several eSIMs through MobiMatter before, and my experience has always been excellent. Very satisfied with both the service and the reliability of the product. Highly recommended!

I needed an eSIM for EU and non-EU counties for the same trip. They had one package at a great price that worked great in all location. The app was great as I was able to check my data balance, in real time, quickly and easily during my trip. Would definitely use MobiMatters again. Downloading the eSIM was quick and easy too. In addition, when I reached out to Customer Support on a minor account issue, they were very responsive and addressed my issue quickly and effectively.

During my 5-day trip to Greece, my wife and I shared the "Europa special 10 GB" package. We used it extensively and without interruption in all 5 days, but only managed to use 5 GB. If I ever travel abroad again, I will definitely choose Mobimatter.

I'am very pleased. They are so helpfull. I've been using them for 5 years; their prices are reasonable and they offer a wide variety of options. They provide quick assistance via email if there's a problem. They ask for screenshots, and even if I send them in a different language, they provide support quickly. Thank you! 🥰
