APAC 7 GB

For our trip to China, South Korea, and Japan, my wife and I bought two 12GB data packages and used them without any problems. Their prices are much more reasonable compared to competitors; I definitely recommend them.

Very good data packages for a wide range of countries. I also had an issue regarding an esim which was resolved within minutes of me contacting customer service. Great app and customer service.

Purchased eSIM in Australia and set it up in Azerbaijan. Having never used an eSIM before, I had a few ‘user issues’. These were sorted out very quickly via email and me sending a screen shot of my ‘attempted’ setup. Technician got back to me in very short order with some simple instructions and now all good. Great efficient service.

After 2–3 years of using the service, I encountered a problem for the first time. I can only praise the excellent technical support, which responded very quickly and with whom I exchanged several emails until the final resolution. Professionalism at its best!

I have been using it for about 2 years and I am very satisfied. I used it in Greece, Bulgaria, and Romania, and I experienced internet speeds that I haven't seen in Turkey.
