I had an issue with the eSIM setup and the MobiMatter support team offered prompt and straight forward assistance! This is the 2nd time they helped me out and both times they sorted the issue out fast! Highly recommend!

This is the best part... A fantastic app. I had no problems during my week-long vacation in Paris, France. I used it on my Android phone and the setup was very easy with the QR code. The package prices are also much more economical compared to other e-service providers. Plus, you don't easily use up your internet data unless you're watching videos.

I didn't experience any problems in Europe; it works quite well, and it's also more affordable compared to other apps.
