The help desk / support centre were excellent when my inexperience with esims was showing. They helped me through everything and the esim worked exceptionally well in my destinations. Great value too.

I tested the speed. It connected even faster than the internet I use at home in Turkey. There's no need to unnecessarily enrich service providers. You can use it abroad with peace of mind.

"This is the second time I've purchased an e-sim through this app. I was very satisfied the first time, so I continued using it. This time, I encountered a problem on my end and had trouble connecting. I submitted a support request by uploading my screenshots through the app. I received an email within seconds. We were able to resolve my issue very quickly. I sent screenshots via email one after another, and each time I received prompt responses within a few minutes. I was very pleased with the support lines. I recommend it!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Must have esim app in your phone!!!! Cheaper packages, friendly-user and the best customer service Ive ever encountered. Any queries or problem you have, they assist you until reaching a solution.

This was my first e-SIM experience, and believe me, the signal is much better than the lines in Turkey. I traveled to four different cities in Indonesia and got 5G in all of them. 5 GB of internet lasted me three weeks. Thank you.

I've tried so many esim apps, but MobiMatter is always the cheapest and with the best overall packages. Great customer service as well. Highly recommended!

It is easy to use and for a 1-2 week vacation it is one of the best choices in terms of price/value, e.g. also for Egyptian eSIM. Now 30 days/5GB 6.5 €, this is cheaper than any other app at the moment

"I have been using the Sparks eSim from MobiMatter for some time now and I won't be deleting it. Since then, I have traveled to Egypt, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Brazil, and Argentina. It was easy to install, and the reception has always been flawless!"
