I used it for the first time with my wife during our trip to Japan and Korea, and I didn't experience any connection problems. The internet was fast enough in both Japan and Korea, and I was satisfied with the app. I recommend it.

I have used this app multiple times and have been really happy with the service. When I've had an issue I've been able to troubleshoot it with the online instructions and if that doesn't work it is quickly resolved.

After 2–3 years of using the service, I encountered a problem for the first time. I can only praise the excellent technical support, which responded very quickly and with whom I exchanged several emails until the final resolution. Professionalism at its best!

I had an issue with my eSIM and the customer service team was amazing. Super responsive, patient and were able to resolve my issue. I was worried when my eSIM wasn’t working I would get ghosted, but within a few hours I was emailing back and forth with their support team.

"Having 365-day packages is very good for me, I am a cabin crew member and I use it without any problems wherever I go. Sometimes it even works in places that are not on the list. I am very satisfied and will renew my package when it expires."

The help desk / support centre were excellent when my inexperience with esims was showing. They helped me through everything and the esim worked exceptionally well in my destinations. Great value too.
