I bought two esims for two different countries because mobimatter has affordable prices. I had an issue connecting the second esim. The helpdesk responded fast. It turns out I was using the first eSIM instead of the second. Thanks for good data in both countries and for responding fast!

I often travel a lot and the eSIM always works very well, strong connection and I feel I have much longer internet as wel. Besides the customer service responds extremely quick, having your questions answered in no time.

I've tried many different platforms until now, but I've been using Matter for the last 3 months. The price, performance, signal strength, fast border crossings – in a single sentence, it's a perfect platform 🙏🙏🙏
