I used it in Italy in 2024 and in Spain in 2026, and I was very satisfied. The app has improved day by day, and I never experienced any issues. I don't know about other apps, but I highly recommend MobiMatter. I bought 15GB of internet in Spain, and even though I didn't use that much, I still have 10GB left.

I needed an eSIM for EU and non-EU counties for the same trip. They had one package at a great price that worked great in all location. The app was great as I was able to check my data balance, in real time, quickly and easily during my trip. Would definitely use MobiMatters again. Downloading the eSIM was quick and easy too. In addition, when I reached out to Customer Support on a minor account issue, they were very responsive and addressed my issue quickly and effectively.

I’ve been travelling around SE Asia for the last 7 months, covering 6 different countries, and this app has been amazing throughout when needing to change eSIM. Very easy set-up when buying one and if you in fact are having some troubles, contacting the support team and talking through email takes no time at all. I was having some difficulty with an eSIM in Vietnam since my phone was not finding a signal no matter what I did - their support team helped me and guided me on different ways to fix it.
