"This is the second time I've purchased an e-sim through this app. I was very satisfied the first time, so I continued using it. This time, I encountered a problem on my end and had trouble connecting. I submitted a support request by uploading my screenshots through the app. I received an email within seconds. We were able to resolve my issue very quickly. I sent screenshots via email one after another, and each time I received prompt responses within a few minutes. This is the best part... A fantastic app. I had no problems during my week-long vacation in Paris, France. I used it on my Android phone and the setup was very easy with the QR code. The package prices are also much more economical compared to other e-service providers. Plus, you don't easily use up your internet data unless you're watching videos.

MobiMatters came highly recommended in family-oriented travel groups on social networks, when I was researching on travel eSIMs for Iceland. The first package I started with was a US + Europe - it was easy to activate before leaving home (and verifying), and then continue on landing in Reykjavik. Unthinkable speeds (given we are used to Verizon and TMobile in the US) - over 400 Mbps on the Fast app! Unlimited tethering options allowed me to use across my MacBook and phone, as well as share across the family with the kids on iPads and phones. Navigation on Google and Waze was aa breeze with the constant high speed data connectivity. Our plans did not support phones (we knew this) but with WhatsApp and FaceTime allowing audio and video calls we never felt the need for basic phone service. Customer service on email was responsive and helpful when I wanted to understand how top-ups work. Highly recommend MobiMatters - I’m on my third top-up as we speak!

I used it in Italy in 2024 and in Spain in 2026, and I was very satisfied. The app has improved day by day, and I never experienced any issues. I don't know about other apps, but I highly recommend MobiMatter. I bought 15GB of internet in Spain, and even though I didn't use that much, I still have 10GB left.
