I had some trouble getting my internet connection to work, and the MobiMatter support team helped me SO much! They responded incredibly quickly, were very patient, and guided me through everything until the issue was completely resolved. I really appreciate how helpful and professional they were. Excellent customer support and a great experience overall. Highly recommend MobiMatter! ❤️

MobiMatters came highly recommended in family-oriented travel groups on social networks, when I was researching on travel eSIMs for Iceland. The first package I started with was a US + Europe - it was easy to activate before leaving home (and verifying), and then continue on landing in Reykjavik. Unthinkable speeds (given we are used to Verizon and TMobile in the US) - over 400 Mbps on the Fast app! Unlimited tethering options allowed me to use across my MacBook and phone, as well as share across the family with the kids on iPads and phones. Navigation on Google and Waze was aa breeze with the constant high speed data connectivity. Our plans did not support phones (we knew this) but with WhatsApp and FaceTime allowing audio and video calls we never felt the need for basic phone service. Customer service on email was responsive and helpful when I wanted to understand how top-ups work. Highly recommend MobiMatters - I’m on my third top-up as we speak!

During my 5-day trip to Greece, my wife and I shared the "Europa special 10 GB" package. We used it extensively and without interruption in all 5 days, but only managed to use 5 GB. If I ever travel abroad again, I will definitely choose Mobimatter.
