I had a problem because I accidentally activated the wrong eSIM and couldn’t understand why my data wasn’t working. I contacted support, and they figured out the issue right away. I used it in Italy in 2024 and in Spain in 2026, and I was very satisfied. The app has improved day by day, and I never experienced any issues. I don't know about other apps, but I highly recommend MobiMatter. I bought 15GB of internet in Spain, and even though I didn't use that much, I still have 10GB left.
