The help desk / support centre were excellent when my inexperience with esims was showing. They helped me through everything and the esim worked exceptionally well in my destinations. Great value too.

We were having trouble with our internet connection and reached out to the support team via email. They got back to us literally 2 minutes later and solved our problem right away. Thanks again!

"I think this is the fourth time I'm using it abroad. There was only one issue, but the support was very quick. It feels like they are waiting at the screen for fast help. The problem was identified in seconds and a new QR code was sent. Thank you very much."

very convenient app to buy an eSim for travelling, you can choose the countries you need and have it in one pack, you can filter the options by the GB space and sort it by price, so it takes less time then just manually comparing different eSim apps. Local 5G internet works well

One of the best and most valuable service providers at a reasonable price. Highly recommended! As a seafarer, this service is extremely useful. I have never seen any other eSIM or physical SIM service provider offering such a wide variety of packages. Thank you for your excellent service!

MobiMatters came highly recommended in family-oriented travel groups on social networks, when I was researching on travel eSIMs for Iceland. The first package I started with was a US + Europe - it was easy to activate before leaving home (and verifying), and then continue on landing in Reykjavik. Unthinkable speeds (given we are used to Verizon and TMobile in the US) - over 400 Mbps on the Fast app! Unlimited tethering options allowed me to use across my MacBook and phone, as well as share across the family with the kids on iPads and phones. Navigation on Google and Waze was aa breeze with the constant high speed data connectivity. Our plans did not support phones (we knew this) but with WhatsApp and FaceTime allowing audio and video calls we never felt the need for basic phone service. Customer service on email was responsive and helpful when I wanted to understand how top-ups work. Highly recommend MobiMatters - I’m on my third top-up as we speak!

I used MobiMatter with a Sparks plan for Albania and Montenegro, and everything worked perfectly for me. I had excellent reception almost the entire time, and mostly even 5G. I can definitely recommend this offer for these two countries!

The cheapest eSIM app I’ve found so far. I thought I had made a mistake while installing the eSIM, so I contacted customer support. They replied to my email within just 3 minutes and helped me right away. I also had no problems with the internet connection. Overall, a great experience!
