Everything is good. Even if problems arise, the service team does everything to resolve them. Although difficulties occur very rarely.

MobiMatters came highly recommended in family-oriented travel groups on social networks, when I was researching on travel eSIMs for Iceland. The first package I started with was a US + Europe - it was easy to activate before leaving home (and verifying), and then continue on landing in Reykjavik. Unthinkable speeds (given we are used to Verizon and TMobile in the US) - over 400 Mbps on the Fast app! Unlimited tethering options allowed me to use across my MacBook and phone, as well as share across the family with the kids on iPads and phones. Navigation on Google and Waze was aa breeze with the constant high speed data connectivity. Our plans did not support phones (we knew this) but with WhatsApp and FaceTime allowing audio and video calls we never felt the need for basic phone service. Customer service on email was responsive and helpful when I wanted to understand how top-ups work. Highly recommend MobiMatters - I’m on my third top-up as we speak!

The team was responsive, helpful, and guided me through the issue until everything was working perfectly. I have purchased several eSIMs through MobiMatter before, and my experience has always been excellent. Very satisfied with both the service and the reliability of the product. Highly recommended!

I've tried so many esim apps, but MobiMatter is always the cheapest and with the best overall packages. Great customer service as well. Highly recommended!

After trying several apps, I found this to be the best internet shopping app. It has many options, very reasonable prices, and rewards on every purchase. I didn't encounter any problems, and the app is safe and reliable.

I'am very pleased. They are so helpfull. I've been using them for 5 years; their prices are reasonable and they offer a wide variety of options. They provide quick assistance via email if there's a problem. They ask for screenshots, and even if I send them in a different language, they provide support quickly. Thank you! 🥰

Since I started using MobiMatter, I have never once encountered a problem that they haven’t responded to almost immediately. I guess this is what sets them apart. Excellent customer service, very detailed troubleshooting instructions, and a support team that genuinely follows through until the issue is resolved. The app is easy to use, the eSIM installation process is straightforward, and the profes are competitive. Highly recommended for anyone who wants reliable connectivity while travelling.
