nice app. I used it during my travel in Spain last year and the internet speed was always good. I didn't have any issues. I now bought a package that covers both Portugal and Spain, as I am going there tomorrow.

The team was responsive, helpful, and guided me through the issue until everything was working perfectly. I have purchased several eSIMs through MobiMatter before, and my experience has always been excellent. Very satisfied with both the service and the reliability of the product. Highly recommended!

I have been using it for about 2 years and I am very satisfied. I used it in Greece, Bulgaria, and Romania, and I experienced internet speeds that I haven't seen in Turkey.

"Having 365-day packages is very good for me, I am a cabin crew member and I use it without any problems wherever I go. Sometimes it even works in places that are not on the list. I am very satisfied and will renew my package when it expires."

After 2–3 years of using the service, I encountered a problem for the first time. I can only praise the excellent technical support, which responded very quickly and with whom I exchanged several emails until the final resolution. Professionalism at its best!

Since I started using MobiMatter, I have never once encountered a problem that they haven’t responded to almost immediately. I guess this is what sets them apart. Excellent customer service, very detailed troubleshooting instructions, and a support team that genuinely follows through until the issue is resolved. The app is easy to use, the eSIM installation process is straightforward, and the profes are competitive. Highly recommended for anyone who wants reliable connectivity while travelling.
