I used it in Dubai and it's great, I didn't experience any problems. It's a very good application, kudos to those who developed it.

I had an issue with the eSIM setup and the MobiMatter support team offered prompt and straight forward assistance! This is the 2nd time they helped me out and both times they sorted the issue out fast! Highly recommend!

The help desk / support centre were excellent when my inexperience with esims was showing. They helped me through everything and the esim worked exceptionally well in my destinations. Great value too.
