Purchased eSIM in Australia and set it up in Azerbaijan. Having never used an eSIM before, I had a few ‘user issues’. These were sorted out very quickly via email and me sending a screen shot of my ‘attempted’ setup. Technician got back to me in very short order with some simple instructions and now all good. Great efficient service.

I often travel a lot and the eSIM always works very well, strong connection and I feel I have much longer internet as wel. Besides the customer service responds extremely quick, having your questions answered in no time.

I was worried that because I deleted my e sim before using it, I was gonna have to buy another one. They answered in email super fast, gave me a new one, and it's been working great. Best customer service ever. Will be buying monthly while I'm overseas!
