I had an issue with my eSIM and the customer service team was amazing. Super responsive, patient and were able to resolve my issue. I was worried when my eSIM wasn’t working I would get ghosted, but within a few hours I was emailing back and forth with their support team.

I bought 6GB for my Paris and Benelux tour. It was more than enough. It worked perfectly everywhere. To activate it, you need to enable the mobile data option.

Must have esim app in your phone!!!! Cheaper packages, friendly-user and the best customer service Ive ever encountered. Any queries or problem you have, they assist you until reaching a solution.

It is easy to use and for a 1-2 week vacation it is one of the best choices in terms of price/value, e.g. also for Egyptian eSIM. Now 30 days/5GB 6.5 €, this is cheaper than any other app at the moment

I had a problem because I accidentally activated the wrong eSIM and couldn’t understand why my data wasn’t working. I contacted support, and they figured out the issue right away. They explained everything clearly and stayed helpful throughout the whole process. Their customer support is honestly 10/10—fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Everything worked perfectly once I activated the correct eSIM. Highly recommend both the service and the support team. Thank you!

The team was responsive, helpful, and guided me through the issue until everything was working perfectly. I have purchased several eSIMs through MobiMatter before, and my experience has always been excellent. Very satisfied with both the service and the reliability of the product. Highly recommended!
