MobiMatters came highly recommended in family-oriented travel groups on social networks, when I was researching on travel eSIMs for Iceland. The first package I started with was a US + Europe - it was easy to activate before leaving home (and verifying), and then continue on landing in Reykjavik. Unthinkable speeds (given we are used to Verizon and TMobile in the US) - over 400 Mbps on the Fast app! Unlimited tethering options allowed me to use across my MacBook and phone, as well as share across the family with the kids on iPads and phones. Navigation on Google and Waze was aa breeze with the constant high speed data connectivity. Our plans did not support phones (we knew this) but with WhatsApp and FaceTime allowing audio and video calls we never felt the need for basic phone service. Customer service on email was responsive and helpful when I wanted to understand how top-ups work. Highly recommend MobiMatters - I’m on my third top-up as we speak!

I'am very pleased. They are so helpfull. I've been using them for 5 years; their prices are reasonable and they offer a wide variety of options. They provide quick assistance via email if there's a problem. They ask for screenshots, and even if I send them in a different language, they provide support quickly. Thank you! 🥰

I have used this app multiple times and have been really happy with the service. When I've had an issue I've been able to troubleshoot it with the online instructions and if that doesn't work it is quickly resolved.

Awesome service. I have traveled back-and-forth between the United States and the Philippines and this app has not let me down. I strongly suggest that you check your data roaming option so this way you don’t mess up what you need to do.

I've tried many different platforms until now, but I've been using Matter for the last 3 months. The price, performance, signal strength, fast border crossings – in a single sentence, it's a perfect platform 🙏🙏🙏
