I’ve been travelling around SE Asia for the last 7 months, covering 6 different countries, and this app has been amazing throughout when needing to change eSIM. Very easy set-up when buying one and if you in fact are having some troubles, contacting the support team and talking through email takes no time at all. I was having some difficulty with an eSIM in Vietnam since my phone was not finding a signal no matter what I did - their support team helped me and guided me on different ways to fix it. Thank you!!

I've tried a few eSIM apps and MobiMatters is the best. They have real customer support, lots of packages, and the service has worked very well in Australia, Singapore, Montenegro and other places. I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my eSIM and the customer service team was amazing. Super responsive, patient and were able to resolve my issue. I was worried when my eSIM wasn’t working I would get ghosted, but within a few hours I was emailing back and forth with their support team.
