I had a problem because I accidentally activated the wrong eSIM and couldn’t understand why my data wasn’t working. I contacted support, and they figured out the issue right away. They explained everything clearly and stayed helpful throughout the whole process. Their customer support is honestly 10/10—fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Everything worked perfectly once I activated the correct eSIM. Highly recommend both the service and the support team. Thank you!

After 2–3 years of using the service, I encountered a problem for the first time. I can only praise the excellent technical support, which responded very quickly and with whom I exchanged several emails until the final resolution. Professionalism at its best!

I needed an eSIM for EU and non-EU counties for the same trip. They had one package at a great price that worked great in all location. The app was great as I was able to check my data balance, in real time, quickly and easily during my trip. Would definitely use MobiMatters again. Downloading the eSIM was quick and easy too. In addition, when I reached out to Customer Support on a minor account issue, they were very responsive and addressed my issue quickly and effectively.
