Very good data packages for a wide range of countries. I also had an issue regarding an esim which was resolved within minutes of me contacting customer service. Great app and customer service.

MobiMatters came highly recommended in family-oriented travel groups on social networks, when I was researching on travel eSIMs for Iceland. The first package I started with was a US + Europe - it was easy to activate before leaving home (and verifying), and then continue on landing in Reykjavik. Unthinkable speeds (given we are used to Verizon and TMobile in the US) - over 400 Mbps on the Fast app! Unlimited tethering options allowed me to use across my MacBook and phone, as well as share across the family with the kids on iPads and phones. Navigation on Google and Waze was aa breeze with the constant high speed data connectivity. Our plans did not support phones (we knew this) but with WhatsApp and FaceTime allowing audio and video calls we never felt the need for basic phone service. Customer service on email was responsive and helpful when I wanted to understand how top-ups work. Highly recommend MobiMatters - I’m on my third top-up as we speak!

I faced some issues today with my eSIM, and they fixed it at the same time. I used this application on all my trips and they are great. By the way, they have very competitive prices

For our trip to China, South Korea, and Japan, my wife and I bought two 12GB data packages and used them without any problems. Their prices are much more reasonable compared to competitors; I definitely recommend them.
