The help desk / support centre were excellent when my inexperience with esims was showing. They helped me through everything and the esim worked exceptionally well in my destinations. Great value too.

After 2–3 years of using the service, I encountered a problem for the first time. I can only praise the excellent technical support, which responded very quickly and with whom I exchanged several emails until the final resolution. Professionalism at its best!
