I used it in Dubai and it's great, I didn't experience any problems. It's a very good application, kudos to those who developed it.

After 2–3 years of using the service, I encountered a problem for the first time. I can only praise the excellent technical support, which responded very quickly and with whom I exchanged several emails until the final resolution. Professionalism at its best!

I didn't experience any problems in Europe; it works quite well, and it's also more affordable compared to other apps.

I needed an eSIM for EU and non-EU counties for the same trip. They had one package at a great price that worked great in all location. The app was great as I was able to check my data balance, in real time, quickly and easily during my trip. Would definitely use MobiMatters again. Downloading the eSIM was quick and easy too. In addition, when I reached out to Customer Support on a minor account issue, they were very responsive and addressed my issue quickly and effectively.

Everything is good. Even if problems arise, the service team does everything to resolve them. Although difficulties occur very rarely.

I've tried so many esim apps, but MobiMatter is always the cheapest and with the best overall packages. Great customer service as well. Highly recommended!
