MobiMatters came highly recommended in family-oriented travel groups on social networks, when I was researching on travel eSIMs for Iceland. The first package I started with was a US + Europe - it was easy to activate before leaving home (and verifying), and then continue on landing in Reykjavik. Unthinkable speeds (given we are used to Verizon and TMobile in the US) - over 400 Mbps on the Fast app! Unlimited tethering options allowed me to use across my MacBook and phone, as well as share across the family with the kids on iPads and phones. Navigation on Google and Waze was aa breeze with the constant high speed data connectivity. Our plans did not support phones (we knew this) but with WhatsApp and FaceTime allowing audio and video calls we never felt the need for basic phone service. Customer service on email was responsive and helpful when I wanted to understand how top-ups work. Highly recommend MobiMatters - I’m on my third top-up as we speak!

Since I started using MobiMatter, I have never once encountered a problem that they haven’t responded to almost immediately. I guess this is what sets them apart. Excellent customer service, very detailed troubleshooting instructions, and a support team that genuinely follows through until the issue is resolved. The app is easy to use, the eSIM installation process is straightforward, and the profes are competitive. Highly recommended for anyone who wants reliable connectivity while travelling.
