This was my first e-SIM experience, and believe me, the signal is much better than the lines in Turkey. I traveled to four different cities in Indonesia and got 5G in all of them. 5 GB of internet lasted me three weeks. Thank you.

I had an issue with the eSIM setup and the MobiMatter support team offered prompt and straight forward assistance! This is the 2nd time they helped me out and both times they sorted the issue out fast! Highly recommend!

"I think this is the fourth time I'm using it abroad. There was only one issue, but the support was very quick. It feels like they are waiting at the screen for fast help. The problem was identified in seconds and a new QR code was sent. Thank you very much."

I was worried that because I deleted my e sim before using it, I was gonna have to buy another one. They answered in email super fast, gave me a new one, and it's been working great. Best customer service ever. Will be buying monthly while I'm overseas!
