Veelgestelde vragen

- Instagram Reels, TikTok: 0,3-1 GB
- YouTube, Netflix in standaardkwaliteit: 0,5-1 GB
- Videobellen (WhatsApp, FaceTime): 0,5-1 GB
- Bellen via WhatsApp of FaceTime Audio: 50-70 MB

Noemt EuropaDuring my 5-day trip to Greece, my wife and I shared the "Europa special 10 GB" package. We used it extensively and without interruption in all 5 days, but only managed to use 5 GB. If I ever travel abroad again, I will definitely choose Mobimatter.

Noemt EuropaMobiMatters came highly recommended in family-oriented travel groups on social networks, when I was researching on travel eSIMs for Iceland. The first package I started with was a US + Europe - it was easy to activate before leaving home (and verifying), and then continue on landing in Reykjavik. Unthinkable speeds (given we are used to Verizon and TMobile in the US) - over 400 Mbps on the Fast app! Unlimited tethering options allowed me to use across my MacBook and phone, as well as share across the family with the kids on iPads and phones. Navigation on Google and Waze was aa breeze with the constant high speed data connectivity. Our plans did not support phones (we knew this) but with WhatsApp and FaceTime allowing audio and video calls we never felt the need for basic phone service. Customer service on email was responsive and helpful when I wanted to understand how top-ups work. Highly recommend MobiMatters - I’m on my third top-up as we speak!

Noemt EuropaI loved it! I can have data wherever I go, they have many options, the data lasts a long time and is very affordable. I used the 3GB option for Europe and I've already had data for 15 days for €5. Honestly, if you manage it well and use it only when you don't have Wi-Fi, it can easily last you thirty days. I still have 1.6 GB left (half) and I have 10 days left on the plan. Highly recommended app for eSIM 💪

I recently used their service and I’m extremely satisfied. The package lasted longer than expected, and I was able to make great use of it across the Asian region. They also have the fastest support team — very responsive and incredibly detailed in the information they provide.

I love using it. The internet is a lifesaver for all of us everywhere, but it's especially necessary abroad, and having a reliable connection is fantastic. Even during my overseas vacations when I changed countries, I never experienced any internet disconnections or delays; the connection was excellent.
