What's Your Favourite Pre-Game Routine?
Bahador: My pre-game routine is pretty simple: I like to listen to music, visualize my shots, and do some light stretching. I also enjoy spending time with my team and having a good laugh. A positive mindset is crucial for me to perform at my best.
Dilara: Before every match, I have a specific routine that helps me mentally and physically prepare. I start with a light warm-up, followed by some dynamic stretches. I then visualize myself playing well and executing my shots with precision. This mental preparation, combined with a positive mindset, sets the stage for a successful performance.
What Has Been Your Padel Career Highlight So Far?
Bahador: One of my most memorable moments was competing in a high-level tournament in Dubai. The atmosphere was electric, and the level of play was incredibly high. It was a great opportunity to test my skills against some of the world’s best players. I’m always striving to improve and reach new heights in my career.
Dilara: One of my most memorable moments was representing Türkiye at the World Padel Championships. The experience of competing against top-tier players from around the globe was truly inspiring. It was a significant milestone in my career and a testament to the hard work and dedication I’ve put into the sport.
What Drives You Every Day?
Bahador: My passion for the sport and the desire to constantly improve drive me every day. I love the challenge of pushing my limits and learning from every experience. I’m also motivated by the opportunity to inspire others, especially young players, to pick up a padel racket and enjoy the game.
Dilara: My passion for padel drives me every day. I'm constantly striving to improve my skills, explore new strategies, and push the boundaries of the sport. The desire to inspire others, especially young girls, to take up padel is also a strong motivator. I want to empower women in sports and show that they can achieve great things.
Where Do You Travel with Padel?
Bahador: Padel has taken me to many incredible places around the world. I’ve had the chance to compete in tournaments in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Traveling for padel is a dream come true. It allows me to experience different cultures, meet new people, and explore beautiful destinations.
Dilara: Padel has taken me to incredible destinations around the world. I’ve had the opportunity to compete in tournaments in Europe, the Middle East, and I am back and forth to Turkey. Each country offers a unique padel experience, from the different playing styles to the diverse cultures.
