"I think this is the fourth time I'm using it abroad. There was only one issue, but the support was very quick. It feels like they are waiting at the screen for fast help. The problem was identified in seconds and a new QR code was sent. Thank you very much."

I bought 6GB for my Paris and Benelux tour. It was more than enough. It worked perfectly everywhere. To activate it, you need to enable the mobile data option.

I would definitely recommend this service because it offers the most affordable prices, has a seamless connection, and a support team that provides immediate assistance with even the smallest issues. I continue to use it with pleasure.

I tested the speed. It connected even faster than the internet I use at home in Turkey. There's no need to unnecessarily enrich service providers. You can use it abroad with peace of mind.

As with all things technology, every once in a while, a glitch occurs. I have been using MobiMatter for a few years and it always works and is extremely easy to install and use. The other day, when I went to activate a new temporary mobi sim, my phone glitched and somehow corrupted the sim. When travelling, you don’t want to deal with the hassle of vendors. With mobi, I emailed their support line and within 5 mins they answered. We went back and forth with a few troubleshooting questions and they ended up reissuing a new sim. I was back up and running in no time! It was a truly excellent service and support experience. This company certainly understands the value and importance of customer experience.

The cheapest eSIM app I’ve found so far. I thought I had made a mistake while installing the eSIM, so I contacted customer support. They replied to my email within just 3 minutes and helped me right away. I also had no problems with the internet connection. Overall, a great experience!
