"I have been using the Sparks eSim from MobiMatter for some time now and I won't be deleting it. Since then, I have traveled to Egypt, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Brazil, and Argentina. It was easy to install, and the reception has always been flawless!"

Everything is good. Even if problems arise, the service team does everything to resolve them. Although difficulties occur very rarely.

The cheapest eSIM app I’ve found so far. I thought I had made a mistake while installing the eSIM, so I contacted customer support. They replied to my email within just 3 minutes and helped me right away. I also had no problems with the internet connection. Overall, a great experience!

After 2–3 years of using the service, I encountered a problem for the first time. I can only praise the excellent technical support, which responded very quickly and with whom I exchanged several emails until the final resolution. Professionalism at its best!

I had a problem because I accidentally activated the wrong eSIM and couldn’t understand why my data wasn’t working. I contacted support, and they figured out the issue right away. They explained everything clearly and stayed helpful throughout the whole process. Their customer support is honestly 10/10—fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Everything worked perfectly once I activated the correct eSIM. Highly recommend both the service and the support team. Thank you!

"This is the second time I've purchased an e-sim through this app. I was very satisfied the first time, so I continued using it. This time, I encountered a problem on my end and had trouble connecting. I submitted a support request by uploading my screenshots through the app. I received an email within seconds. We were able to resolve my issue very quickly. I sent screenshots via email one after another, and each time I received prompt responses within a few minutes. I was very pleased with the support lines. I recommend it!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

I bought two esims for two different countries because mobimatter has affordable prices. I had an issue connecting the second esim. The helpdesk responded fast. It turns out I was using the first eSIM instead of the second. Thanks for good data in both countries and for responding fast!
