I have been using MobiMatter for a few years both for travel and to supplement my regular cell plan which has limited data. The service has always been solid and the prices excellent. The installation instructions are easy to follow. On the few occasions that I asked for tech support (mostly for my own errors) the response time has been amazing and the support courteous and effective.

Since I started using MobiMatter, I have never once encountered a problem that they haven’t responded to almost immediately. I guess this is what sets them apart. Excellent customer service, very detailed troubleshooting instructions, and a support team that genuinely follows through until the issue is resolved. The app is easy to use, the eSIM installation process is straightforward, and the profes are competitive. Highly recommended for anyone who wants reliable connectivity while travelling.

After 2–3 years of using the service, I encountered a problem for the first time. I can only praise the excellent technical support, which responded very quickly and with whom I exchanged several emails until the final resolution. Professionalism at its best!

It's the most easiest simplest way of taking data with you. A quick flick of the sim button and that's it. Highly recommended.

This is the app where I found comprehensive and reasonably priced packages. I've been using it without any problems for about 2 years.

I used it for the first time with my wife during our trip to Japan and Korea, and I didn't experience any connection problems. The internet was fast enough in both Japan and Korea, and I was satisfied with the app. I recommend it.
