I bought two esims for two different countries because mobimatter has affordable prices. I had an issue connecting the second esim. The helpdesk responded fast. It turns out I was using the first eSIM instead of the second. Thanks for good data in both countries and for responding fast!

I used it for the first time with my wife during our trip to Japan and Korea, and I didn't experience any connection problems. The internet was fast enough in both Japan and Korea, and I was satisfied with the app. I recommend it.

I had an issue with the eSIM setup and the MobiMatter support team offered prompt and straight forward assistance! This is the 2nd time they helped me out and both times they sorted the issue out fast! Highly recommend!

One of the best and most valuable service providers at a reasonable price. Highly recommended! As a seafarer, this service is extremely useful. I have never seen any other eSIM or physical SIM service provider offering such a wide variety of packages. Thank you for your excellent service!
