I was worried that because I deleted my e sim before using it, I was gonna have to buy another one. They answered in email super fast, gave me a new one, and it's been working great. Best customer service ever. Will be buying monthly while I'm overseas!

"I think this is the fourth time I'm using it abroad. There was only one issue, but the support was very quick. It feels like they are waiting at the screen for fast help. The problem was identified in seconds and a new QR code was sent. Thank you very much."

Purchased eSIM in Australia and set it up in Azerbaijan. Having never used an eSIM before, I had a few ‘user issues’. These were sorted out very quickly via email and me sending a screen shot of my ‘attempted’ setup. Technician got back to me in very short order with some simple instructions and now all good. Great efficient service.

The team was responsive, helpful, and guided me through the issue until everything was working perfectly. I have purchased several eSIMs through MobiMatter before, and my experience has always been excellent. Very satisfied with both the service and the reliability of the product. Highly recommended!

It's a great app for use abroad; the reception strength is sufficient almost everywhere.

I had a problem because I accidentally activated the wrong eSIM and couldn’t understand why my data wasn’t working. I contacted support, and they figured out the issue right away. They explained everything clearly and stayed helpful throughout the whole process. Their customer support is honestly 10/10—fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Everything worked perfectly once I activated the correct eSIM. Highly recommend both the service and the support team. Thank you!

This was my first e-SIM experience, and believe me, the signal is much better than the lines in Turkey. I traveled to four different cities in Indonesia and got 5G in all of them. 5 GB of internet lasted me three weeks. Thank you.
