Prior to any service purchase, the Website will provide a link to the relevant partner service provider’s T&C’s and privacy policies. We strongly suggest the users to review such T&Cs and privacy policies. The website user will be asked to confirm its consent to prior to proceeding with the purchase. Any such personal data obtained from the Website user on behalf of the MobiMatter partner will be shared with the partner. MobiMatter LTD is not responsible for the privacy policies of its partner telecom service providers whose services it sells. Any information obtained by such third parties can be subject to different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information, which is beyond the control and responsibility of MobiMatter LTD. The Website users should contact these entities directly if they have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.
LAW ENFORCEMENT. MobiMatter LTD may also disclose personally identifiable information in order to respond to a subpoena, court order or other such request. MobiMatter LTD may also provide such personally identifiable information in response to a law enforcement agency request or as otherwise required by law.
