The help desk / support centre were excellent when my inexperience with esims was showing. They helped me through everything and the esim worked exceptionally well in my destinations. Great value too.

Very good data packages for a wide range of countries. I also had an issue regarding an esim which was resolved within minutes of me contacting customer service. Great app and customer service.

It is really good app. You can reach internet in everywhere wherever you want. Also the most important thing is the support team. I just write them on email and they helped me immediately. The best esim app in the world.

After 2–3 years of using the service, I encountered a problem for the first time. I can only praise the excellent technical support, which responded very quickly and with whom I exchanged several emails until the final resolution. Professionalism at its best!

This is the best part... A fantastic app. I had no problems during my week-long vacation in Paris, France. I used it on my Android phone and the setup was very easy with the QR code. The package prices are also much more economical compared to other e-service providers. Plus, you don't easily use up your internet data unless you're watching videos.
